📦 Return & Refund Policy – ProSkid Machines

At ProSkid Machines, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the boundaries of our return policy outlined below.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns on most unused and undamaged skid steer attachments within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is in its original packaging
- Has not been installed, used, or altered
- Was not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Custom or made-to-order attachments are not eligible for return unless defective.
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@proskidmachines.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- We’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
💲 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the supplier’s policy
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed attachments
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Custom-built or special-order attachments
- Hydraulic items with opened seals or used fluids
- Attachments returned after 14 days
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
🌍 Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Freight items must be returned using LTL freight carriers with proper documentation.
